I am a self taught artist living in west Somerset, UK. I am afraid i never went to college but simply left school and went to work with horses and dogs mainly as i have a immense passion for them as well as all other animals , which is mainly what i paint, but also enjoy fantasy and some seascapes/landscapes, and paint mainly in Pastels but also enjoy water colours and now an starting some oils again.
I have never had an exhibition to date but am hoping that will all change soon with the right connections.
I have done a lot of portrait commissions so far but am now hoping to widen my horizons and expand in to the world of exhibiting and online art sites.
I am 47 and a single mum and we live with four dogs , one cat and several rabbits in a most beautiful part of Somerset on the edge of Exmoor and the sea, which i adore and would not want to live anywhere else now.
My art comes from the love of the animals i paint and the countryside that i live in.... plus the fantasy that u don`t see but is in the depths of our minds and takes us away from the real world that we don`t want to see.
