in the course of graphic design.
Was studying at artist John Byle's studio between in Tel-Aviv.
Now Living and creating in London.
The action of painting is a work from the heart.
I approach the canvas without previous planning.
The creative process itself is like a journey with no definitive end,
and coincidence is playing the main role in that search.
While my main interest is the use of colors? I tend to explore these relations and the way they effect one another. There's a constant aspiration for tension, harmony, inner balance.
Layers of paint, color dripping, acrylic staining, paint scraping, automatic and subconscious creation are parts of my personal signature.
The works have a sense of movement, complexity and strong impulse.
In order to be spontaneous you need to let go of the mind.
"No mind" is like meditation. It's a state of inner quality, of clarity.
The ego is not in control. In this state creativity can flow freely.
Just like a blank canvas, an empty mind can allow freshness, authenticity and elaboration of truth in creation.
The paintings don't contain imageries or ideas. The observer is invited to take an active part while looking at the works and give them their own interpretation.
