I studied Art at the Medway College of Art and Design and at Canterbury Christ Church College University. It was at the latter I gained my degree and became qualified as a teacher.
Having taught for more than a decade as the Head of Art & Design at a progressive secondary school, I now have the pleasure of using art in my teaching at a children's specialist therapeutic unit.
The majority of my paintings try to capture a descriptive moment in time, where the viewer can tell their own story through the stolen moment in front of them.
Sometimes quirky and occasionally attempting to be amusing, I believe my paintings are always interesting on numerous levels - depending on how deeply the viewer cares to look.
