Paintings often hold or increase their value
What you might not know is that original paintings are more than just conversation pieces in your living room or office. Many paintings have tremendous resale value, and not only hold their value but increase in value over the years.
We can't tell you which of our artists might be the superstar painter of tomorrow but we can say that all of them have gone through a strict quality control procedure. We do not accept artists whose work does not come up to our exacting standards of quality and artistic merit. Nevertheless you'll find many original paintings that are surprisingly affordable, with prices starting at less than £100.
Try rotating your original paintings from room to room
Many art buyers like to collect up to ten original paintings for their home. They hang these in various locations, but the key is that every six months or year, they will rotate the locations in which the paintings hang, so that a modest collection of art can be made to feel much larger. Looking at the same painting day after day is unnecessary and hanging a painting in a different location can make an amazing difference to both the painting and the room.
