Description of artwork Wednesday's Child... This painting is of a young university student full of promise - I have tried to expresses the sensitivity and doubts of the young as well their determination and confidence about the future. The pre-prepared abstract ground enhances the portrait and as usual took me longer to paint than the final portrait, which I did 2 sittings.
