Description of artwork I painted this small painting from my window of the flat where i live by the Thames in Twickenham. The obelisk marks the end of the tide from the estuary beyond the city. I used to love seeing concorde flying over like a white bird and have painted it in several paintings. This painting was on show at the Royal Academy Summer exhibition
