Description of artwork Acrylic on canvas. After a challenging day I found myself painting these bubbles to clear my thoughts; As I painted I visualised all the challenges of the day just floating away and I felt refreshed and recharged as an outcome. I think I decided to paint in green because green is my favourite colour but also because green is associated with apples and limes, which are refreshing but can have a sharp flavour too. The canvas is painted around the side and enhanced and protected with two coats satin varnish.
