The semi-cursive script in this piece of artwork is developed from the Offical Script , different from the one developed from Regular Script.It 's featured of the change in the strokes and the framework of the characters, which are given the tempo to the audiences when they reading the peom in this artwork. The background painting is designed to form a visual movement of Pressing the characters in between which caused the change of the structures and strokes of the characters.
Poem 's describing a visit to a small village where the peot appreciate the simple life of the peasants. What are writen on this piece of artwork are as follows:
Don't sneer at the lees in the peasants---wine,
In a good year they've chicken and pork to offer guests.
Where hills bend, streams wind and the pathway seems to end,
Past dark willows and flowers in bloom lies another village.
