Description of artwork This part-painting part-photograph shows one of Tel Aviv's many Bauhaus buildings. Known as the White City, this area of Tel Aviv is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The work seeks to merge the boundaries between the two media so that they become one unified work. Fragments of original Hebrew newsprint add flavour to the work. The canvas has been roughened with layers of paper cuttings and then varnished to add texture.
