Description of artwork Postage Stamp Collage--- This work created in tribute to the Beatles comprises of two separate canvases and was created from approaching 10000 used postage stamps. The first of these iconic images depicts Ringo and John and the second depicts Paul and George. They are dressed in the uniforms from the Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band as shown on the inner cover of the LP released in June 1967. The original cover was designed by the English pop artist Peter Blake.
