This is a photographic print of the worlds, when built, largest single rise escalators, in the Tyne pedestrian and cycle tunnel . They are still believed to be the longest wooden step escalators in Europe. With a little imagination and some ‘cross processing’ the final image was inspired by an old TV series called The Time Tunnel!
