This originated as a graphite drawing inspired by Leonardo Di Vinci and classical architecture.
By using the latest kiln firing technology the image has been transferred onto the toughened glass using enamel, and fired at a very high temperature. This makes it very stable and durable and therefore safe to display in an external and internal location.
My work works best when a spot light is pointed directly at the glass, as my work is all about the interplay of light and shadow on the surface behind the glass.
