It’s strange to think that as beautiful as a horse can be, it can somehow be complimented by the fact that a person is riding it. Indeed the grace, strength and speed can be enhanced by the two elements coming together. In this painting “The Dressage” I have tried to capture the perfect partnership between man and horse and grace that comes from such a controlled event.
