One of a series of flamenco palos (types of dance), this shows Antonio, a famous bailaor of Spain’s flamenco past. A zorongo is an old Andalucian folksong/dance, and though not strictly a flamenco palo, can easily be choreographed as such. The poet Federico García Lorca wrote a love song to the music and both guitarist and dancer interpret his words freely as the rhythms intensify.
