An expressive and rather stormy interpretation of an imagined Cornish cove with craggy cliffs and a wild ocean and sky. Based on Porthgwarra Cove in Cornwall.
I've used a post-impressionist style of brushwork and knife-work with plenty of impasto paintwork and scoring of the blade to create a stormy and wild energy.
