Born in 1960 in Loughborough, Leicestershire, England, and now resides and works in Skegness on the Lincolnshire coast.
went to Loughborough College of Art, but would class himself very much as a self-taught artist,
He is a contemporary artist best recognised for creating land and seascapes using oil paints with dramatic and atmospheric skies,s with a particular interest in clouds.
In his paintings, every landscape has its own uniqueness, interpreting what is seen with complex multi- layered fields of colour, Texture, and Patterns, which are inspired by the ever-changing light and weather, along with sometimes the untidiness and power of nature.
His style is impressionism/tonalism with a modern feel to it,
