Overlapping leaves fill the composition like fragments of a secret garden, their fresh greens illuminated with touches of gold and white and traced by vivid crimson veins.

I have always been fascinated by the extraordinary variety of shape, colour and pattern found in tropical foliage. Here, the leaves form a vibrant tapestry of intertwining shapes, evoking the lush abundance and hidden beauty of the forest.

The deep black background provides a dramatic contrast to the luminous foliage and is embellished with intricate decorative patterns in metallic and acrylic inks, adding texture, movement and a sense of mystery.
