Description
Nesso is a small Italian village of red rooftops and tall brick houses that tumble down a steep slope all the way to the rippled waters of Lake Como – Italy’s most famous lake. I so enjoyed painting this, as loved visiting Lake Como, such beautiful views and so peaceful. It took me about 6 weeks to paint this picture, and if you have been to the Italian Lakes you will appreciate this painting as a reminder of your visit.
A beautiful place to visit and I have painted this in oil on deep edge canvas. The sides are painted in keeping with the picture and it is ready to hang on to a wall.
Please note `in situ` images are not to scale.
A Certificate of Authenticity is supplied with the painting.
