Enchanted Forest Oil

Titled Enchanted Forest, this large, stylish, fun and personal favourite of mine is inspired by various modern and traditional landscapes and artists, and of course Enid Blyton’s children’s book which fascinated me as a child. An original, high quality, contemporary oil painting on canvas. A realistic fantasy landscape rich with nature, birds and animals. There is also a hidden creature lurking for the viewer to find.
Painted in oil on stretched canvas, which is painted on the edges so that a frame is unnecessary.

My style of art began very traditionally with landscapes, still life, portraits etc, only touching on modern art. But before long I moved towards my true style and passion which is modern art, in particular complex geometric abstract, strongly influenced by Bauhaus and Kandinsky.
My artworks are generally large acrylic paintings on canvas in vivid or pastel colours.
Although relatively new to the art world, I have been fortunate enough to sell my pieces around the world, especially in the UK and America.
