A surreal take on the Covid 19 lockdown, most of the world was subject to. Although I am sure the subject of this picture, the Liberal Democrate Leader, Ed Davey, did indeed behave during lockdown, non the less, he is a prime target, as he likes to have a laugh, in a dour and uptight world.
An unusual picture that hopefully, will be viewed as being a bit of fun.
