Summer Hills *30 x30cm* Acrylic

A 30 x 30cm piece painted on a 5 mm thick rigid panel. This abstract landscape is part of a series exploring a ridge-line throughout the seasons – this piece captures the sun going down at the height of summer. The textured surface was created using layered acrylic paint and gel medium. The work captures a sense of depth through its palette of blues, teals, and soft violets.

The design is continued over each edge of the board. Only top quality acrylic paints have been used - primarily Golden. Finished with satin varnish to protect the piece.
