As a painter, I often hear the music of color before I even touch the canvas. Midnight Jam was born from that quiet hour when the world fades into stillness and only rhythm remains — the rhythm of soul, color, and sound. I imagined a jazz musician melting into their instrument, the notes glowing like stained glass under a stage light.

Every stroke is an improvisation, every hue — a chord. I wanted this painting to feel like a jam session you can see: wild, vibrant, alive. This is not just a figure with a bass — this is jazz itself, blooming in the dark.
