This colourful and textured painting has a unique dimensional quality achieved by the artist observation of architectural juxtaposition of colourful abstract shapes and forms. Tall skyscrapers reflections on glass, innovative materials and build techniques. Famous new and old landmarks form shapes with character humorous names. Textured blocks of colours and tones interplay to produce an attractive view of London's evolving skyline.
The old against the new buildings, textures and differing levels of colours and tones is what I find most interesting, and how these play against each other to produce an interesting and amazing skyline view of city proportions.
