Description

A view into the remnant of Dartmoor's ancient forest. The near constant dampness create a lush green forest of moss and lichen covered oak trees and rocks. Wistman's wood is a small pocket of some of the last remaining temperate rainforest in Devon. Painted with acrylic and oil on canvas pad.
