Description

This is a self portrait depicting my darker side as a viking and also a fun picture, I painted the portrait of me as an entry in to this years portrait of the year competition on sky television, alas didn’t make it ,but I enjoyed painting this as it’s the first ever self portrait, adding a Viking boat and sword and some rocky coastline ,I think I captured a nice feel to the painting
