"Melody of Longing" Acrylic

Short story:
In a hidden spot by the sea, an ancient stone portal opens, revealing a magical sunset. A young woman with flowing hair stands barefoot in the sand, fascinated by the ship slowly sailing toward the horizon. Next to her sits a man with a cello, his fingers dancing over the strings as he plays a melancholy melody.

The music tells of a love that once was, or perhaps is yet to come. Is it a farewell or a new beginning? As the waves roar incessantly, only longing remains in the air—captured in sound and color.
