At Her Home Acrylic

Everything about this painting is unusual for me, the topic, the style, and the content. I went to a "Feel the Sound" exhibition at the Barbican. One of the installations was a music and video installation that you could dance in front of and interrupt the projection. Here the video is projected onto a small leather handbag, and I am not sure why, but the photo really caught me and I was challenged to put it into paint.

Painted using acrylics, tippex and marker pen on 11oz, 100% cotton duck weave, triple primed canvas stretched over a wooden box frame (3.5cm deep).

On a box canvas with painted edges so framing is not required. Comes with an authentication certificate on the back of the painting.
