Description
An original watercolour picture in portrait format, on Bockingford watercolour paper 90lbs.
This picture was created in June 2018, to represent lost causes, there were lots of people about that were prepared to battle on, seamingly without support.
A lone swallow flies across a barren landscape, borded by a brilliant ultramarine sea. It is on it's own in this scene, but as the title suggests, it could be a leader, showing the way forward. In the distance, clouds gather far out to sea, on the lower right of the skyscape.
The distant clouds could be where this small bird wants to head for, the possibility of water, food and escape from the burning midday heat.
The blue and biege colours contrast strongly and compliment each other well.
A beautiful picture for a study, office or lounge.
