Description

I wanted to create an abstract which was colourful ,dynamic and vibrant .To achieve this I used oils applied with squeegy and palette knife, scraping back and applying further layers of oils to give an impasto effect that also had a sense of movement.Shapes and forms appear almost accidently .I enjoy the drama and energy of applying paint in this way .It's freeing and liberating .
