Conspiratorial Cypresses Mixed Media

I live in a very beautiful, mountainous, forested region of central Italy, because this scenery corresponds to the aspects of nature that inspire me...This inspiration is often reflected in my art work...I also love bold, autumnal colours, burnt oranges, yellows, reds, and greens. My art work also reflects the colours that inspire me. This painting is a figment of my imagination which contains all the elements I love! I usually paint a base in acrylics and then I embellish using my favourite medium, Sennelier oil pastels. The canvas is also quite small, unusual for me, as I am stepping out of my comfort zone of painting much larger canvasses.
