Description
One of my favourite places to explore is Turkey and the remnants of the various empires that influenced its history. The Byzantium era and its preferred colours were with me after a visit to the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. Using palette knives and soft brushes with enhancements using gold leaf, I looked back into Turkeys rich and influential past.
