Description
I enjoy the work of Gerhard Richter and the manner in which he applies paint with squeegy and palette knife .Here I applied oils with a squeegy, allowing it to flow across the surface picking up and depositing paint in different places ,thus creates different colours and forms .Scraping back and applying further layers of oils meant I am able to create different forms and shapes .I wantedvto create a painting that appeared dynamic and interesting .
