The contrasting deep ultramarine blue background throws the flowers forward giving them a 3-dimensional feel.
Painted on Bockingford 140lb ( NOT) Watercolour paper using professional watercolour paints.
The painting size is 14 x 11 inches with a 15.75 x 20-inch white mount.
