Description

I used oils with squeegy and palette knife here to drag the paint across the surface of the canvas in order to create some interesting shapes and forms which cannot be created by brush alone .The overall effect using the minimal colour palette is to achieve a sense of a cold blizzard like environment. Using paint in this way is quite liberating and you can make dramatic and energetic marks and strokes.
