Description

Another wonderful weed or is it a flower ?....Verbena Bonariensus and many other similar varieties can be found in the wild . I painted this one mostly from memory but I think I captured the long stalks and architectural feel to this plant. Again there is a beauty to be found here that we often take for granted in our wild and wonderful world.
I used a softer limited palette and lots of layers of paint to convey emotion and honor and worked on this piece in conjuction with "Dandys at Dusk " and "Pretty in Pink"
