Artistic background

I am a watercolour artist based in Wiltshire in England, my subjects are mainly landscapes , skies and seascapes
I started painting watercolour quite a few years ago but then stopped as life became very busy. In the last couple of years I have started painting regularly again, I love the transparency of watercolour and the way that it creates its own unique look on the paper as the colours run together. I particularly enjoy trying to capture light in my paintings.
