Interests

My name is Tanya Shark. I am an artist.

I started drawing before I spoke. She graduated from art school as a child. But she did not continue her studies in this direction. And I decided to develop as a hairdresser-colorist. And she created collections of artistic hair coloring. Winner of the Russian Hairdresser Awards competition. In 2013 she received the title of Colorist of the Year. Repeated nominee of this prestigious world competition.

Later she returned to drawing and fulfilled her childhood dream - to paint trays in the old Russian style of Zhostovo. Graduated from a course in Zhostovo painting. At the same time, I studied drawing in pastels, watercolors and oils.

At the moment I am painting realistic paintings in oils using glaze techniques. For me, the clarity and truthfulness of the image in a painting is the pinnacle of skill.

I admire such great artists as Jan Davids de Heem, Vasily Vasilyevich Vereshchagin and Georg Jacob Johann van Os.
