AberdeenArtistic background
My artwork has been inspired by the likes of Artist Craig Alan and BanksyQuote
Artist StatementMy work explores the fragile beauty and quiet tragedy of humanity. Each piece is a reflection on our
shared struggle — the conflict between compassion and indifference, unity and isolation. I want my
art to speak to the emotional pulse of society, to remind us of what binds us together when the
world seems to fall apart.
Inspired by the raw social honesty of street art and the emotional symbolism of artists like Banksy, I
create imagery that balances tenderness with tension. Using stark contrasts of black, white, and
red, I weave visual metaphors that express both pain and hope.
The figures in my paintings are often composed of many smaller people, representing how we — as
individuals — build and shape one another. The hearts, balloons, and gestures of connection
remind us that empathy, though fragile, remains the most powerful act of resistance in a divided
world.
Through my art, I hope to spark reflection, compassion, and perhaps a moment of stillness — a
reminder that even in the darkest corners of humanity, love and empathy can endure.
