Nick Davison

Nick is a landscape artist with a love of our oceans and coasts, especially those in beautiful Cornwall. As a long time surfer, Nick has a real passion for the health of our seas and the beauty of our beaches and coastline, and this is evident in much of his artwork. Nick paints in traditional oils and acrylics on a variety of surfaces and a selection of open edition and limited prints are also available.

Artistic background

Nick is a self taught artist based in the beautiful world heritage city of Bath, in the UK. He is an active member of Bathampton art group and regularly exhibits at the monthly Bath Contemporary Artists’ Fair, as well as the annual Open Studios. Nick spends much of his spare time in Cornwall where he surfs and gets great inspiration and energy from the Celtic Sea and the coastline which greets it, and this can be seen in much of his work.
