I am a self-taught artist. In my younger days I experimented in all sorts of medium but settled on painting about 20 years ago. I paint mostly in oils in a realistic style. I am passionate about recreating beauty no matter where its inspiration comes from. I have a preference for painting wildlife but occasionally work on landscapes, seascapes, portraits and still lives. I am always happy to take commissions to paint your loved ones or reproduce in oil your favourite holiday/family photos.Quote

My parents were diplomats so I have lived in numerous countries throughout Africa as well as in the Middle East and Europe, before settling in Cardiff with my Welsh husband. I have a real bug for travelling and have been able over many years to appreciate many different styles and cultures which inspire my work. I am an animal lover and wildlife is so important to me having had the privilege and pleasure to grow up with unusual pets, including monkeys and a wild boar, and to go on various safaris. I am also passionate about sealife and am a keen scuba diver. It's great that I can combine my love of wildlife and art!Accepts Commissions?
