Artistic background
Presently I am working on paintings only although I have in the past had sculptures on exhibition in London, I attended Holmes Road Art College in Kentish Town London after a work accident. My Mothers' surname is McNicol and there have been several Scottish artists all related to Mum in one way. These were actually Landscape artists which I tend NOT to concentrate on preferring abstract/portraits/ stories done in a pictorial sense/ individuals I either met and worked with overseas or indeed famous musicians and actors. I could go on but essentially if I find something/someone interesting or absorbing I'll try to recreate them/it using a combination of oils and acrylics or other materials too if they add to the overall effect. Thanks.
