Artistic background

I am a self taught artist from Glasgow, who has enjoyed painting for over 30 years. My working background is in social care where, as depute manager of a care centre, I organised and taught older people basic painting skills.
After taking voluntary serverence from the council I spent much of my time developing my art skills. I concentrate on water colours but have used most other mediums.
I have sold paintings via a local gallery, local business and online.
My other main interest is music, I play guitar and keyboard and write some of my own songs.
