Artistic background
C P Webster studied photography and photo-history as an undergraduate and postgraduate in South Africa (ND, NHD) and Wales (PhD). Through international exhibitions Webster developed and explored approaches to (broadly) lens-based and light sensitive material practice (both chemically and conceptually). Over the course of his career he has exhibited alongside artists such as Chuck Close, Sally Mann and Dan Estabrook.
