I am self taught after joining in workshops with various artists and I am inspired by the rugged beauty and magical light of Cornwall.Quote
Painting the West Cornwall coast is something that allows me to get lost in its natural beauty and amazing light. I'm inspired by its colours of deepest blue tinged with the orange of tin and the brilliance of the white spray reflecting on the sea. I use acrylics which flow and mix on the canvas or board and use water to run and flow creating a fluidness which takes my paintings in a different direction.Interests
