Artistic background
Dermot Cavanagh is the Irish artist and broadcaster behind the hit BBC TV series ‘Awash with Colour’. During his 74 episodes art travelogue he taught a host of international celebrities to paint, and inspired millions worldwide with a mix of spectacular scenery and expert painting tuition. He is also the hosts and creator of an award-winning and world renowned Learn-to-Paint online platform. Dermot runs many painting courses throughout the UK & Ireland as well as organising fantastic painting holidays to Croatia, Italy, and the magical city of Venice.
