Cherry in a glass Acrylic

I really loved painting this. It was such fun.

It is based on a close friend's favourite drink, a martini in a posh glass. She always insisted on adding a cherry, she said it brought out the alcohol more.

I painted the cherry in acrylic paints and red glitter. The glass was painted with acrylic pens.

My paintings are intentionally small, 8x8 inches, as many of my regular customers request this size as they are easy to hang, frame or place on a bookcase or mantlepiece.
