Description

An off monochrome abstract painting on professional grade 22 ounce double primed cotton canvas.
I've tried to convey an ethereal atmosphere here,both in the dark mass and its surroundings.
The painting has been worked in various layers using texture paste, texture beads and a subtle use of crackle paste to add an aged effect. The soft blacks have subtle areas of very dark (almost black)blue within. The background is a 'dirty' off white with a very light tint of very light turquoise washed over.
This is a one off piece that is ready to hang.
