Artistic background

I live and work in Carlisle, Cumbria.
Having exhibited in various galleries over the United Kingdom, I have also supplied art agents,art sellers,interior designers as well as selling direct to you tasteful people out there.
My work is predominantly acrylic paint and mixed media. This can involve texture paste,gels sheet metal,cloth,papers,mesh fabric and various other media.
The use of professional quality paints often culminates with a final coat of varnish to ensure works are protected and hold their original state and colours over future decades.
My aim is always to create atmospheric, aesthetic pieces,using light,shade and texture.
I hope the photographs give a true(ish) representation of the actual artwork.
