Textured Abstract Painting in Turquoise and Antique Gold – Guardian Presence Acrylic

**Guardian Presence – Original Textured Abstract Painting**

Guardian Presence is an original contemporary abstract painting by German artist Edelgard Schroer, combining deep turquoise, petrol blue, earthy olive green, bronze-brown and warm antique gold in a richly textured composition.

The painting reveals an intricate world of layered surfaces, fine cracks, raised lines and weathered structures. Areas of luminous turquoise emerge from darker, earthy tones, while sweeping golden forms create movement and a subtle sense of light.

Its complex surface resembles an ancient wall marked by time, where traces of forgotten stories seem to remain hidden beneath the layers. The suggestion of a protective presence is deliberately understated, allowing each viewer to discover their own interpretation.

The contrast between the dark outer areas and the softly illuminated centre creates a remarkable sense of depth. Delicate metallic accents interact with the relief-like surface, revealing new details as the light changes throughout the day.

Guardian Presence brings warmth, mystery and quiet strength to contemporary interiors. Its balanced square format makes it particularly suitable for a living room, bedroom, study or a thoughtfully curated art collection.

The original painting is presented in a beautiful cream-coloured floating frame, which provides an elegant contrast to the darker composition and allows the textured surface to take centre stage.
