Autumn Beckons Oil

Autumn Beckons is an expressive, semi-abstract original oil painting of an Autumn path. It is 36x36x1.5 inches. The painting focuses on the centre of the painting where light is radiating out beneath the trees. It hints at revelation or hope or some kind of promise – or at least that is what it says to me! The painting was inspired by actual autumn walks in an around the Ashdown Forest (of Winnie the Pooh fame) and the Weald of Sussex where there are plenty of woodlands and copses and nooks and crannies that I never tire of exploring in different seasons. Painted on deep edge canvas, edges white, ready to hang and comes with certificate of authenticity.
